The njersweb.com web site and its affiliated web sites (the "Site") are owned and operated by N.J.ERS LTD ("we", "us" or "our"). We will provide you with the services available from time to time on the Site, which in any event will include the provision of information about bars, clubs, ticket outlets and guest list, (the "Service").

These User Terms will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these User Terms.
